Officials at Rochester City Hall say that both of Mayor Lovely Warren’s Facebook accounts have been taken down until further notice.
That’s because of a post made on the social media website that has been attributed to Warren, but which officials say did not come from her. Reportedly it had to do with people upset about the removal of the homeless encampment under the Douglass-Anthony Bridge on South Avenue.
The mayor’s office says that there are several people who have access to Warren’s official and personal accounts, and she is working to see where the message in question came from.
